We heard through the grapevine you don’t like additional shipping rates … so we left them in the past!

The Gray Concept offers free shipping on all Australian orders and free express shipping for Australian orders over $150. Refer below for an accurate breakdown of shipping rates to your destination – please note all prices are in AUD.

 

How long does it take for my order to be processed?

As a small business, we do our best to action and process orders within a 24hr time period from purchase (please note, order processing time is not included in the shipping time frame). During busy holiday and sale periods, or announced otherwise, please allow an additional 24hr grace for your order to be processed.

How long does it take for my order to shipped?

Shipping times vary based on your destination and shipping method, however we aim to get your orders out to you within 5-7 business days (please refer to the shipping rate breakdown above for a more accurate time frame). Should you require your shipping to be expedited, we offer an express delivery option for an additional cost (or free for orders over $150 AUD). Due to the current climate, please note shipping times may fluctuate, depending on when and where you order from.

What currency are your prices in?

All prices are displayed in Australian dollars (AUD).

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept most major credit cards as well as PayPal and AfterPay.

If any processing or payment issues arise, we will have to cancel your order. If this happens to occur, due to suspected fraudulent activity or other processing issues, we will contact you immediately to verify the cancellation or retrieve any additional information required to finish processing the order. If no response is heard within 48hrs of reaching out, we will complete the cancellation of your order.

When will I be charged for my order?

Your order will be charged to your account as soon as the order is processed through our website.

How do I know if my order was successfully placed?

After your order is successfully placed, you will receive an order confirmation to the email attached to the order.

Can I change or modify my order after it has been placed?

Please thoroughly check all your information is accurate before checking out. Once an order has been processed, we are unable to guarantee whether it can be cancelled or modified – if you do make a mistake on your order, please reach out to us at sales@thegrayconcept.com immediately to explore if your error can be corrected.

Where is my order being shipped from?

All orders are shipped from Brisbane, QLD, Australia.

How can I check the status of my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email, where you can check the status of your shipment. Here, you will find a tracking number to assist in keeping an eye on your packages’ whereabouts!

What happens if my package is lost or stolen?

If you package is lost during transit, please reach out to us immediately at sales@thegrayconcept.com. All shipments delivered to the correct address used on order are no longer the responsibility of The Gray Concept – we cannot be held accountable for lost or stolen packages after delivery. Try to utilise delivering instructions at checkout for discrete delivery locations to minimise the chance of theft.

Do you ship internationally and how much does it cost?

The Gray Concept offers international shipping! We currently ship to all countries outside Australia – please refer to the above shipping rate breakdown for your destination.

International shipping will typically take longer than domestic, therefore, depending on your destination, please allow up to 14 days for shipment to arrive.

Is there any customs and duty charges?

If you do not live in Australia, please be aware that some international orders may be subject to import duties and taxes that may be charged upon delivery to your country.

Duties and taxes are based on the value of the order and the tax-free threshold (if it is to exist) for goods imported to your country. Possible charges will vary depending on your country’s import legislation and will not be covered by The Gray Concept - these charges must be paid by the recipient of the order.
